Our Cuisine and Culture package begins with May Kaidee’s unique vegetarian and vegan cooking class centered around health and wellness, combining the experience with an introduction to Thai culture. Students are encouraged to immerse themselves in cultural activities between cooking such as introductory steps to Thai dancing, and even optionally trying on traditional Thai clothing.

3 Day Package

Day 1

After being picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel, if you arrive in the evening, you will have the option of going to the spa for Thai massage, herbal massage or a reflexology treatment before sleep, or if you arrive in the afternoon, you will be invited to enjoy a delicious vegetarian or vegan meal featuring an optional selection including our popular Tom Yam soup, pad thai, green curry and fresh spring rolls.

Day 2

Start the day with our popular Thai vegetarian and vegan cooking class. Fresh juice will be served while you learn to prepare dishes including Tom Yam Soup, Pad Thai, Green Curry and Fresh Spring Rolls. Optionally return to your hotel to rest and/or relax by the rooftop pool with a smoothie, or visit the National Palace and the famous Wat Po. Later, enjoy a healthy raw-food meal for dinner, then end the evening with a reflexology treatment.

Day 3

Get an early start with energizing fresh juice or a smoothie, optionally featuring a mixture of mango, papaya, dragonfruit and ginger, as part of your vegetarian or vegan breakfast and then visit two of the most famous temples in Bangkok: Wat Bowonniwet Vihara and Wat Saket (Golden Mountain). Return to your hotel and check out by 12 noon.

5 Day Package

Days 1–3 (same as 3 day package except for checkout)

Additionally on day 3: Return to your hotel for a spa session, enjoy either a raw-food or cooked vegetarian or vegan dinner from our restaurant menu. Complete the evening with a reflexology treatment before retiring for the evening.

Day 4

Begin the day with a light breakfast. Mid-morning attend our Thai raw-food course where you will learn Coconut Noodle Pad Thai, Tom Yam Chili Paste, Tom Yam Soup and a variety of sauces and salads. Take a short break after the raw-food course followed by an afternoon spa session or swim in the rooftop pool. Enjoy a delicious vegetarian or vegan dinner followed by an optional trip to the evening flower market. Return to the hotel to retire for the evening.

Day 5

After breakfast from our restaurant menu, spend the morning visiting the local fruit and vegetable market, then continue from the instruction learned on day 2 with a more advanced Thai vegetarian and vegan cooking class. Return to your hotel and check out by 12 noon.

10 Day Package

Days 1–5 (same as 5 day package except for checkout)

Additionally on day 5: Return to your hotel for a spa session, enjoy either a raw-food or cooked vegetarian or vegan dinner, and end the evening with an aromatherapy treatment.

Day 6

After breakfast travel to Ayutthaya, the old capital of Thailand. Check into our sister hotel and have lunch after getting settled. In the afternoon, visit some of the most famous temples, such as Wat Mahathat and Wat Ratchaburana, and then return to the hotel to relax before dinner. Dine at one of Ayutthaya's great restaurants and enjoy live music before returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 7

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then start the morning exploring more of Ayutthaya's temples. Visit Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Chai Wattanaram. Break for lunch at a local restaurant favorite, then optionally return to rest at the hotel or continue exploring the old Thai capital until sunset. Return to the hotel briefly, then go out to dinner at a popular riverside restaurant. Return to the hotel and optionally have a foot massage before retiring for the evening.

Day 8

After breakfast check out from the hotel in Ayutthaya and return to Bangkok in time to enjoy either a raw-food or cooked vegetarian or vegan lunch. Check in to the Bangkok hotel then treat yourself to a spa session, poolside relaxation or swim later in the afternoon. Enjoy dinner from our restaurant menu followed by a reflexology (foot massage) treatment before sleep.

Day 9

Take an extended cultural tour of Bangkok including a visit to the Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) and some of the lesser known but equally impressive temples along the Chao Phraya river. Return to the hotel to relax, and optionally indulge in an afternoon herbal massage. Enjoy a vegetarian or vegan dinner including Panang Curry followed by an evening spa session or late night swim before retiring for the evening.

Day 10

Enjoy a Raw food, vegetarian or vegan breakfast with pancakes, fresh fruit, coconut, tea, fresh juice, and choice of smoothie, followed by a morning spa session for your continued health and wellness. Check out of hotel by 12 noon.
