Our Spa and Relaxation package begins with full immersion into a first-class spa, followed by meditation and inspiring Thai vegetarian and vegan dishes specifically designed for this package. A delicious array of plant-based meals enhance your daily exploration of health and wellness, punctuated by your cooking class instruction.
This package includes hotel, ground transportation, all meals and spa sessions, Thai massage, herbal massage, reflexology (foot massage), fitness center and raw food course. (Airfare is not included.)

After being picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel, if you arrive in the evening, you will have the option of first going to the spa for Thai massage, herbal massage or reflexology before sleep, or if you arrive in the afternoon, you will be invited to enjoy a delicious light vegan meal followed by poolside relaxation or a nap before dinner. Dishes on the dinner menu include Tom Yam soup, woon sen noodles, banana flower salad, carrot salad and green curry with brown rice.
Start the day with a Raw food breakfast. Continue the morning with a spa session followed by lunch. Optionally visit a local temple during the afternoon, choosing from some of the most popular and significant in Bangkok – Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, Wat Saket (Golden Mountain) and Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Later, enjoy a Thai vegetarian or vegan meal, and end the evening back at the spa with Thai massage, herbal massage or reflexology.
After a delicious breakfast from our restaurant menu optionally including vegan pancakes, fresh fruit and hibiscus tea, relax at the rooftop pool with a choice of fresh juices and smoothies made from the fresh fruit of your choice including mango, mangosteen, lime, papaya, banana and water apple. Check out of hotel by 12 noon.
In addition on day 3: Lunch and dinner from our restaurant menu. Optionally join a walking tour of the Grand Palace after lunch, returning to the hotel for poolside relaxation or a nap before dinner. After dinner enjoy a reflexology (foot massage) treatment before sleep.
Start the morning with a light breakfast from our restaurant menu with options including vegetarian or vegan omelettes, rice soup, fresh fruit (pineapple, jack fruit and mango). Later in the morning attend our Raw Food Course where you will learn all of our most popular Raw food recipes including coconut noodle Pad Thai, tomato gazpacho and seaweed rolls. Break in the afternoon for poolside relaxation, Thai massage or a nap. Later enjoy dinner with a selection of dishes from our restaurant menu. Indulge in an evening spa session or swim before sleep.
Begin the day with a delicious breakfast selection from our restaurant menu including homemade style pancakes, fruit salad and smoothies. Indulge in a morning spa session. Check out of your hotel by 12 noon.

Additionally on day 5: Vegetarian or vegan lunch with a diverse selection of dishes from our restaurant menu. Break for a poolside rest, swim, nap or massage. Later enjoy a dinner with a mix of Thai vegetarian and vegan cooked and Raw dishes. Optionally enjoy an aromatherapy session, or relaxation in a hot tub before sleep.
On the sixth day you have the option to continue spa sessions or change routine and enjoy the morning and early afternoon on the Chao Phraya river seeing some of the lesser known but incredible sites such as Wat Kalayanamit. Have lunch at a nearby riverside restaurant before heading back to the hotel for a swim before dinner, poolside relaxation or a nap. Enjoy dinner with a selection of stir fry and curries from our restaurant menu. Relax on the hotel rooftop for evening tea, or a foot massage before retiring for the evening.
Begin with a breakfast from our restaurant menu including a vegetarian set with whole grain pancakes, fresh fruit, sautéed potatoes, steamed vegetables, juice, green tea, hibiscus tea and ginger tea. Relax poolside or take a swim in the rooftop pool, followed by lunch. Optionally visit the National Palace and Wat Po, the location of the oldest and most famous Thai massage school. Enjoy a late afternoon massage before dinner. Take an evening swim or simple green tea and meditation on a rooftop canopy before retiring for the evening.
Optionally begin the day with an hour in a hot tub while enjoying fruit smoothies – pineapple, dragonfruit, papaya and mango. Enjoy a lunch from our restaurant menu, then optionally take an afternoon trip to Ayutthaya the old capital of Thailand. Check in at our sister hotel and visit some of the most significant temples in time for sunset. If not traveling to Ayutthaya, relax for the afternoon poolside, or a spa session.
If you have optionally traveled to Ayutthaya, begin the day with a light breakfast before setting out to visit more temples (among some of the greatest in South-East Asia). Break for lunch and optionally a short nap before setting out to explore more of the old Thai capital, finishing at one of Ayutthaya's greatest temple complexes by sunset. Return to your hotel for a shower and rest before going to a popular local restaurant for dinner. Return to the hotel for an optional food massage before retiring for the evening. If you opt to stay in Bangkok, choose from spa sessions including use of a hot tub, foot and Thai massage.
If you chose the optional Ayutthaya trip, checkout of hotel after breakfast and travel back to Bangkok. If you opted to stay in Bangkok, begin the day with breakfast including fresh fruit, a selection of our herbal teas, fruit smoothies and optionally spicy rice soup. Enjoy a reflexology (foot massage) session after breakfast. Check out of your hotel by 12 noon.
